What's EFT?

EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques®) is what I'd call a breakthrough in human performance engineering. Although it's been around for over a decade, most people have never heard of it. Further, most people wouldn't believe what it can do.

For example, it's great for working on all kinds of areas of "life improvement." I work with people specifically on business issues. My specialties are stress at work and helping people eliminate performance anxiety, stage fright, or a fear of public speaking. EFT enables people to overcome negative feelings or emotions quickly and easily. Very often it happens within minutes. It can even work masterfully with physical pains. My clients are business executives, entertainers and performers, including actors, athletes, comedians, musicians, presenters, speakers and singers.

You may just find EFT to be a wonder-full discovery for you.
The techniques were developed by Gary Craig, a Stanford engineer and performance coach. It is also based on work done by Dr. Roger Callahan, a prominent clinical psychologist and developer of Thought Field Therapy.

If you travel, have a busy schedule, or are not in the Washington, DC area, that’s great too. We can interface by phone. Contact me at (800) 930-7434 Ext. 704 or via e-mail at info@mindsigns.com.
